---

In the “FLinKUS” project, students of German as a Foreign and Second Language (GFL/GSL) and other teacher training courses and disciplines are given the opportunity to work together with students from various international partner universities on current school and teaching development processes at selected partner schools offering German language learning outside the German-speaking countries. The framework is provided through an extracurricular seminar programme. The schools' concrete development needs and goals are primarily in the areas of Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). In the article, the cooperation of the various stakeholders from school(s) and universities – especially in the context of school development processes and the promotion of research-based learning – is first briefly situated in the current state of research, before the genesis of the project itself as well as concrete (framework) conditions and special features of the project and its implementation in the context of academic teaching are examined in more detail.
ER -
